Henrik Pedersen, Chief Executive Officer
Henrik PedersenHenrik Pedersen is a co-founder of Immudex. From January 2007 and until recently Henrik Pedersen was Director of Dako’s Immudex division. He founded the drug discovery company Nuevolution A/S in 2001, for which he was the CEO 2001-2003, and CSO 2003-2006. Prior to that, Henrik Pedersen worked for Novo Nordisk A/S, Enzyme Business, where he was responsible for the development of ultra high-throughput screening systems, as well as for securing technology intellectual property rights. Henrik Pedersen worked at Genentech Inc., Department of Oncology, and was a post doc in Prof. Peter G. Schultz’s lab at the Chemistry Department at UC Berkeley.

Henrik Pedersen holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Odense University, Denmark, and has authored or co-authored more than 50 publications and patent applications in the fields of macromolecular recognition, gene regulation, combinatorial chemistry, directed evolution of DNA, RNA, proteins, antibodies and small organic molecules, protein engineering, diagnostics and drug discovery.

Jørgen Schøller, Chief Scientific Officer
Jørgen SchøllerJørgen Schøller is a co-founder of Immudex. He worked for Dako from 1995 until recently, is co-inventor of the MHC-Dextramer technology (2001) and took the development of the Dextramer products to product launch (2005). He established the international collaborations on the applications of the Dextramers as diagnostics and vaccines. Jørgen Schøller was responsible for setting up the Biotechnology Department at Dako A/S which he headed 1995-2005. Experience with start-up organizations includes setting up and heading the molecular biology lab at the Center for Clinical and Basic Research, Ballerup (1993).

Jørgen Schøller holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology and immunology from Copenhagen University. He has a long carrier within immunology as Senior Research Fellow in Cancer Immunology at the Danish Cancer Society (1991-1993), Assistant Professor in Immunology, Copenhagen University (1987-1991), Research Fellow in Immunology of Diabetes at Hagedorn Research Institute (1985-1987), Research Fellow in Immunology at the EMBL, Heidelberg and Institute Suisse Recherches Experimentales sur le Cancer, Lausanne (1984-1985), Research Fellow Immunology of Diabetes at Hagedorn Research Institute (1983-84), Master student at Hagedorn Research Institute (1982-1983). Jørgen Schøller has authored or co-authored more than 30 publications and patent applications in the fields of immunology and molecular biology.

Liselotte Brix, Chief Operating Officer
Liselotte BrixLiselotte Brix is a co-founder of Immudex. She was the team leader of the Dextramer group at Dako from 2005 to 2007. She holds a Ph.D. in immunology and biotechnology from The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Copenhagen University (former Pharmaceutical University) and has subsequently worked as post doc and assistant professor at The Pharmaceutical University, Copenhagen, and at Århus University participating in several larger EU-sponsored projects.

Liselotte Brix has more than 10 years experience with T-cell biology and antigen recognition in relation to autoimmunity, cancer and infectious diseases, and she has a strong and solid experience with all relevant molecular biological-, cell biological- and immunological techniques. She has authored or co-authored 16 scientific publications and patent applications.
