Figure B Figure B. Identification of LCMVgp33-specific T cells among splenocytes from whole spleen of a T-cell receptor transgenic mouse. Approximately 8% of the splenic T-cell population expresses the specific TCR as shown by staining with H-2Db (GP33)/RPE (Immudex Code JA2160-RPE) and anti-mouse CD8/APC.
