Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Immudex is looking for a CCO who can drive the strategic direction and development of our global sales and marketing teams, strengthening the company's growth and commercial expansion. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • create, lead, and execute Immudex' commercial strategy worldwide in alignment with the company's overall strategy
  • expand and direct a global sales force interacting closely with the marketing team
  • achieve the budgeted global revenue and control operating costs of the company's sales and marketing expenses
  • expand and maintain a global distributor network
  • maintain and grow the customer base by managing and optimizing sales processes, developing inbound and outbound marketing tactics
  • make market analyses serving as a basis for decision-making
  • create results by responding to markets and customer needs by leveraging on Immudex' scientific potential


  • The preferred candidate possesses the following preferred qualifications:
  • Management experience from a global organization within sales and marketing combined with an extensive strategic business understanding
  • A proven track record from similar job(s) growing a smaller company into a larger successful commercial organization within life-science reagent sales to pharma, biotech, and academia
  • Good market understanding (products, customers, competitors, and regulations) and strong industry network
  • Experienced in market analysis and product positioningStrategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial and commercial mind-set
  • Experienced with remote management of sales teams in other geographic regions
  • PhD or Master´s degree within immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

You will be situated at our premises in Virum, Denmark, and report directly to the CEO.
