Using Next-Generation Sequencing and Single-cell Multi-omics, HLA-E and HLA-G dCODE Dextramer® reagents are tools to deeply characterize NK cell responses with information on antigen specificity, surface protein, and gene expression.
With an optimized number of human HLA-E or HLA-G-peptide complexes, PE fluorophores, and a unique DNA barcode, dCODE Dextramer® reagents enable comprehensive analysis of the NK cell mediated immune response.
