As we learn more about them, mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells are increasingly attractive as therapeutic agents. However, characterizing this relatively low-abundance T-cell population requires high-performance detection tools. With the same high avidity of our proven MHC Dextramer® reagents, our mouse and human MR1 Dextramer® reagents loaded with 5-OP-RU, 6-FP, or custom ligands are a sensitive multimer to research the complex role of MAIT cells in immunity.
