Custom MHC Dextramer®
Our experts evaluate the feasibility of producing custom MHC Dextramer® and MHC Monomers
Need an MHC Dextramer® or MHC Monomer with a custom peptide?
Contact us with your desired allele and peptide sequence and our experts will evaluate the feasibility of producing a custom MHC Dextramer® or MHC Monomer for you. Here you can find our MHC Allele List.
We incorporate in silico analyses based on established platforms such as NetMHC¹ to investigate the predicted stability of any novel peptide-MHC combination we haven’t yet produced. By including the in silico analysis in our workflow, we can assess the likelihood of successfully delivering a stable peptide-MHC complex.
We classify the production of the custom MHC Dextramer® reagents or MHC Monomers as either low-risk (in which case the predicted peptide-MHC stability is high) or high-risk (in which case the predicted peptide-MHC stability is low).
Based on our in silico assessment, it is up to you to decide whether you want us to proceed with producing your custom MHC Dextramer® or MHC Monomer.
Entry Fees for Custom MHC Dextramer® and Custom MHC Monomers
For custom MHC-peptide combinations, we charge a one-time entry fee to evaluate each unique peptide's ability to bind to the requested MHC allele using a peptide-MHC complex integrity assay.
Product |
Entry fee |
Custom MHC I Dextramer® or Custom MHC I Monomers | 397 EUR / 458 USD |
Custom MHC II Dextramer® or Custom MHC II Monomers | 623 EUR / 731 USD |
Production of Custom MHC Dextramer®
We will only deliver the custom MHC Dextramer® reagent to you if it meets our rigorous quality control standards.
If the production of the custom MHC Dextramer® reagent is unsuccessful, unfortunately we will not be able to deliver a product to you. In this case, we will only charge you the entry fee for pMHC combinations deemed low-risk by the in silico assessment. However, for pMHC combinations deemed high-risk by the in silico assessment, we will charge you the entry fee plus the full price of the reagent.
We hope that by providing in silico assessment of peptide-MHC stability you can make informed decisions about your choice of custom Dextramer® reagents.
¹For in silico assessment of peptide-MHC stability, we use NetMHC 4.0 for MHC I and NetMHCIIpan 4.3 for MHC II.
