Gain insights with T Cell multi-omics
- Link TCR Sequence to Cognate pMHC: dCODE Dextramer® reagents reveal TCR-pMHC interactions.
- Holistic characterization: Link antigen specificity to gene expression, surface protein, and V(D)J sequences for a complete understanding of the T cell response.
- Sensitive multiplexing: dCODE Dextramer® reagents combine Dextramer® sensitivity with the power of next-generation sequencing to unlock insights about thousands of T cells.
- View rare cells: The high-avidity Dextramer® technology ensures even rare or low-affinity T cells are analyzed.
- Flexibility: From high-throughput screening to monitoring of selected targeted antigen specificities, dCODE Dextramer® is compatible with BD Rhapsody™ and 10x Chromium platforms.
- Don’t be conventional: Go beyond conventional T cells to analyze MAIT and NKT cells with dedicated MR1 and CD1d dCODE Dextramer® reagents.
dCODE Dextramer® reagents grant a better understanding of T cell responses. They feature unique DNA barcodes that allow you to track individual MHC-peptide specificities via PCR or NGS. Thus, an array or a panel of dCODE Dextramer® reagents loaded with antigens of interest reveal the varied responses of T cells in a sample.
You can then zoom to single-cell resolution by combining dCODE Dextramer® reagents with the 10x Chromium or the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis Systems to phenotype antigen-specific T cells and connect that information to paired TCR sequencing, comprehensive V(D)J sequencing, and gene expression. Finally, our portfolio of Dextramer® reagents continually expands to target unconventional T cells, like NKT and MAIT cells, for a more comprehensive picture.
Discover more with dCODE Dextramer®"Antigen-specific interaction is at the heart of TCR-T cell therapy. To develop an effective T cell-based therapeutic, it is necessary to discover not only the right TCR, but also the most suitable target epitope."
