Add unconventional T cells to your immune monitoring

  • Precise characterization: Unmatched accuracy and sensitivity in detecting and quantifying rare antigen-specific MAIT and NKT cells via flow cytometry.

  • Specificity by design: CD1d and MR1 Dextramer® reagents come preloaded with antigen ligands for reliable detection of NKT and MAIT cells, respectively.

  • Versatile and flexible: Choose positive and negative control reagents, add a DNA barcode to perform multiplexed analyses at single-cell resolution, or combine reagents to detect both unconventional T cells in a single sample.

  • Harmonized staining protocol: All Dextramer® reagents displaying MHC, CD1d, or MR1 complexes are used following the same robust staining protocol.

  • Rigorous quality control: Manufacturing of all Dextramer® reagents includes quality control checks to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

Natural Killer T cells bind lipid antigens on the CD1d molecule. Mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells recognize ligands on MR1.

Both cell types are important contributors to immunity and promising candidates for immunotherapies. CD1d Dextramer® and MR1 Dextramer® reagents expand the detection power of Dextramer® reagents to these highly relevant populations of unconventional T cells. With an optimal number of complexes on each Dextramer® molecule, the cytometric detection of these unconventional T cells is highly sensitive and specific.

Finally, the robust and harmonized staining protocol lets you characterize conventional and unconventional T cells in the same sample for a complete picture of T-cell immunity.

"I have already recommended Immudex reagents to current and former colleagues because I am satisfied with the quality of the products and the customer support."
