Get more out of every sample:

  • One sample, many insights: Combine dCODE Dextramer® and dCODE Klickmer® reagents with antigens of choice to identify and analyze CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, MAIT cells, iNKT cells and B cells, in the same sample.

  • Go beyond one antigen: dCODE® technology is built for multiplexing so you can simultaneously capture and analyze different antigen-specific T and B cell populations.

  • More than phenotyping: Combining dCODE® reagents single-cell multi-omics to characterize gene expression profiles, surface markers as well as BCR and TCR clonotypes.

  • Leave no cell undetected: The Dextramer® backbone of the dCODE Dextramer® and dCODE Klickmer® reagents affords high avidity, revealing B and T cell subpopulations that other multimers miss.

Our dCODE Dextramer® and dCODE Klickmer® reagents enable simultaneous cytometric detection of antigen-specific B and T cells. Combined with either the 10x Chromium Single-Cell Analysis System or the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System, you can gain insights into corresponding BCR and TCR clonotypes, gene expression, and surface marker profiles, all in one workflow.

The system is flexible, allowing you to simultaneously evaluate T and B cell kinetics in response to multiple antigens – either from infections or cancer. The combined data supports the development of diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers, as well as novel vaccines and therapeutics.

"A thorough analysis of antigen-specific responses in T cells is critical to demonstrate efficacy of a T cell-based therapy and to investigate possible side effects".

- Thomas Holberg Blicher, PhD, Senior Research Scientist, Immudex
"Quick and timely delivery of products, good customer support, prompt responses to product-related queries."

- Scientist, Pharmaceutical Company
